Our rooms have very limited whiteboard space. You should plan to deliver your talk using slides (e.g. PDF or PowerPoint).
Standard talks will be 20 minutes in length, with 5 minutes for questions and 5 minutes for changeover.
Keynote talks are allocated two consecutive timeslots; the use of that time is at the discretion of the session chair(s).
Whiteboard space
Our rooms have very limited whiteboard space. You should plan to deliver your talk using slides (e.g. PDF or PowerPoint).
The whiteboards are suitable for small additions such as when answering questions or writing short formulas.
The whiteboards are not suitable for delivering a full talk.
What to bring
Bring a copy of your slides (e.g. on a USB stick).
If you wish to use a laser pointer/clicker, please bring your own.
If you intend to use your computer to connect to the projector, please note that our rooms are equipped with HDMI cables only. If you require another port (e.g. USB-C) please bring your own HDMI adaptor.
